I redesigned my range of bronze geckos a while ago. This is one of the original versions.
This bronze gecko, 9.5 cm in length, I describe as size 3 out of a range of 6 sizes in all. The photo with all of them shows their relative sizes to each other and to some familiar coins.
I love the detail I can achieve in metal. They're solid bronze and have a surprising weight to them.
These geckos have a hole in the back to hang up on a small nail or screw. They look just as good sitting there looking up at you. If they're staying indoors I'd put a bit of blu-tack in the hole to make them less likely to get knocked off. They're fine to go outside, but I'd recommend an adhesive in the hole, such as araldite, to stick them to the nail head.
